Taylor Made Portraits Terms & Conditions

When booking a session with Taylor Made Portraits you will be required to pay a £10.00 booking fee. This is to cover attendance for both your photographic session and your viewing session. a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to change appointments, failure to do so or canceling your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee. Your £10.00 booking fee is refundable against any purchase you make on the day of your viewing.

Our Ezi Pay scheme is set up to make the larger orders more affordable, with either a 4, 6 or 8 week plan. A 20% deposit is required to set up an ezi pay and once set up any deposits or payments will be lost if the ezi pay is not complete by the date given or if you wish to cancel your Ezi Pay plan.

All pictures taken by Taylor Made Portraits are copyrighted to Taylor Made Portraits, under NO circumstances can you duplicate images purchased from taylor made portraits unless you own a copyright form provided by the Manager at Taylor Made Portraits when purchasing a Digi Album (Image CD)

For our make over plans we out source our beauticians and have to pay them direct, When booking your make over we have to book our stylist, Changing or canceling your make over package will result in the loss of the cost of a mini make over (£49.00) & your booking fee (£10.00) All Make over vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Under NO circumstances will vouchers be refunded.

The Digi Album cannot be refunded under any circumstance as this media can be copied, if you find a fault with the product we will replace it. The digi album will be available for the standard images you see in your viewing only, and you will NOT receive any enhanced images that have been digitally enhanced by our art work team unless stated other wise.

We offer a wide range of gift voucher options, All vouchers have no cash value once purchased and therefor will NOT be exchanged for cash.
All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Under NO circumstances will vouchers be refunded.
